How DATACORE Technology Services Pvt Ltd handles personal data collected through this website.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Who we are
DATACORE Technology Services Pvt Ltd ("DATACORE", "we", "us") is an IT services and consulting company registered in India and based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy covers personal data we collect through datacoretechservices.com.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@datacoretechservices.com.
What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and understand how the site is found.
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Recruitment enquiries. If you send a profile or CV to our careers address, we receive whatever you choose to include in it.
- Analytics and advertising data. The LinkedIn Insight Tag records that a visit took place and which pages were viewed, and associates this with LinkedIn's own data. See "Cookies and tracking" below for how to prevent this.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect against abuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and discuss potential work with you.
- To consider candidates for current and future roles and client engagements.
- To measure how people find our site and which content is useful.
- To keep the website secure and available.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for its basic operation. The only tracking technology we use is the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit to LinkedIn for website analytics and advertising measurement.
The Insight Tag loads on every page of this site. It does not collect your name, email address or the content of anything you type here; it records that a visit took place and which pages were viewed.
You can prevent it in a few ways. Most browsers let you block or delete third-party cookies in their privacy settings, and browser extensions that block trackers will stop the tag from loading. If you have a LinkedIn account, you can also limit how LinkedIn uses this data in the advertising preferences of your LinkedIn settings. If you would prefer we did not retain analytics associated with your visit, email us and we will act on that request.
LinkedIn acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through the tag. Its handling of that data is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to run this site. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, domain and content delivery.
- Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Zoho Mail — our business email, where enquiries are received and stored.
- LinkedIn — website analytics and advertising measurement.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the provider's own safeguards and contractual commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and are deleted when no longer required. Candidate profiles are kept while we consider you for suitable roles; tell us if you would prefer them removed sooner. Analytics data is retained by LinkedIn according to its own retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we have no continuing need for it.
- Ask us to stop using analytics data associated with your visits.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and raise a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email contact@datacoretechservices.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within the time required by applicable law.
Grievance contact
If you are in India and are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or your request, you may raise a grievance with us at contact@datacoretechservices.com, marking your message "Data grievance". We will acknowledge and work to resolve it promptly.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, and access controls on our email and hosting accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
